GapClear is operated by Hutaj Technologies (“HUTAJ”, “we”). This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

Name, college, language preference, drill transcripts, scores, and optionally compressed voice recordings needed for coaching and TPO audit trails.

How we use it

To run daily drills, generate feedback via AI providers under contract, show progress, and support institutional packages. We do not sell student data.

Processors

Infrastructure and AI providers (speech and language APIs, database hosting) process data only to deliver GapClear features.

Your choices

Change language preferences, disable reminders, or stop using voice features. For privacy requests, contact Hutaj Technologies via channels listed on gapclear.in when live.

Students

GapClear targets college students. If you are under the age required by local law for consent, use the product with a parent, guardian, or college administrator.
